Will applying affect my personal score?
No. The initial application uses a soft inquiry, which does not impact your personal or business score. A hard inquiry would only occur if you choose to move forward with a specific funding option, and you would be notified before that step.
How long does the application take?
Most applicants complete the online application in under 10 minutes. You will need basic information about your business, including revenue, time in operation, and how you plan to use the funds.
How quickly can funds be available?
Timing varies depending on the funding product and the completeness of your application. In many cases, approved funds can be deposited into your business operating account within one to two business days after final approval.
What documents will I need?
Typical requirements include recent bank statements, proof of business ownership, a valid government-issued ID, and basic business financial information. Specific requirements may vary depending on the product and amount.
Do you require collateral?
It depends on the product. Working Capital funding is generally unsecured and does not require collateral. Equipment Finance uses the purchased equipment as collateral. Growth Expansion products may require additional documentation depending on the amount.
Are there early repayment fees?
No. You may pay off your balance ahead of schedule at any time without incurring additional fees or penalties.
What if my business is new?
We work with businesses at different stages. If your business is in its early stages, our Profile Building program is designed to help you establish the financial foundation needed to pursue funding in the future.
